Employment Application Process
Applying for Coach Positions
To apply for one of our open coach positions, which are
posted on this site, you must
submit an application for consideration no later than the posted
dates.
You can submit one of several ways:
- As an attachment to email address tcwcoachposition@tcwcrew.org.
- Mail to: Alexandria Crew Boosters, PO Box 3202, Alexandria, VA 22302
You will receive acknowledgement via e-mail or U.S. mail that we
have received your application/resume within 3 business days.
Once your application/resume is received, it will be reviewed for
consideration for employment. If your qualifications, background and
availability indicate a match to the position for which you have
applied, you will be contacted by head coaching staff for more
information and possibly an interview.
If you are not selected for further consideration, we will notify
you through the e-mail address that you provide in the online
application form. If we are unable to contact you via e-mail, a
letter will be sent to your mailing address.
Offers of Employment
All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing our pre-placement assessment and background check. You will not be able to start in your new position until you have successfully completed these steps.

- download your contract
- download you copy of Alexandria Crew Boosters Ethics Code
- Please sign and submit both documents prior to or on your start date
You will receive initial training/information on your first day of employment.
